Decimal Point.  Today, at a major supermarket in Renton, WA, reusable     bags are priced at 0.99 cents and 99 cents.  These two signs were a few feet from each other.  I’d rather pay the penny then the dollar.  The cashier told me they would sell me one bag for a penny.

In a Lowes in WA, I saw a string of lights priced at 0.99 cents.  I asked the cashier about it.  The cashier told me they were a dollar each.  She asked if I wanted to talk to the store manager.  I did.  The store manager asked me, “what should it say?”.

Doing business with the Walton family or one of their businesses can be a problem in AR. Most if not all law firms represent the Walton family in business. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to file a lawsuit against them, you have a problem. Most if not all law firms will tell you they “have a conflict of interest” in representing you.

In 2014, a bank president from Arvest has resigned and is being charged with obtaining multiple loans on one piece of property.  This is the president I dealt with from 2003 to 2007.

Be careful when dealing with banks.  They make commitments they can’t keep and their overseer, you know who, totally ignores any problem you may have with the bank.

One example is the interest rates they charge are computed using something/360.  What this does is compute your interest based on 360 days and charges you for 365 days.  This overcharge can be a lot of cash.
